Heading to the Latin American Market | Showcasing at the Guayaquil Building Materials Exhibition in Ecuador

Setting sail for South America and forging ahead in global expansion. Held from August 21 to 23, 2026, EXPO CONSTRUCTOR LATAM in Guayaquil grandly kicked off. We travelled to Guayaquil, Ecuador’s largest seaport, stepping onto the core commercial stage of Latin America’s building-materials industry to tap into new opportunities within South America’s infrastructure market.

Showcasing a Full Range of Products

China Jixiang Group / Jixiang Aluminium (Changxing) Co., Ltd. showcased its full range of metal composite panels, aluminium composite panels and fire-resistant aluminium composite panels at the exhibition. Our team engaged directly with local purchasers and conducted on-site research into Latin-American market demands. In-depth discussions were held covering product adaptation, project cooperation and channel co-development.

Fire Performance and Localized Applications

At this show, China Jixiang Group featured general decorative aluminium composite panels and inorganic-core fire-resistant aluminium composite panels. The fire-retardant variant adopts inorganic core materials of aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, delivering outstanding fire-resistance performance. It produces low smoke and no toxic fumes when exposed to fire, making it suitable for local high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, hotels, hospitals, facade signage and curtain-wall projects.

The panels support custom specifications and colours. Their fluorocarbon coating provides excellent weather resistance and anti-corrosion properties, well-suited to South America’s hot-humid climate. Boasting light weight, easy processing and convenient installation, the panels balance aesthetic performance with building-safety requirements.
