Product Structure:

● Cutting

● Grooving

● Precautions for slotting processing

Double bending and inconsistent cross-section:

-When slotting, the outer panel was machined to a depth of 0.2mm.

-The bending fixture is not inserted into the flange enough. It is recommended to insert the fixture into the flange to the maximum extent possible for bending.

-The proficiency of the operator is required when slotting, and it is recommended to use professional technicians.

-Due to uneven pressure of the slotting equipment, the processing depth is poor and the bending part is uneven. It is hoped that the mechanical processing pressure can be kept stable.
